Shipping Carriers

Multiple Items in One Order
Whenever possible, items are shipped together. However, depending on availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately.
You will receive an email notification for each shipment.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Before shipping: Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement and reordered with the correct address.
After shipping: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
Orders cancelled after 60 minutes may incur return shipping fees.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the loss. Buyglobal cannot resend or refund such orders.
Wrong Item Received

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
