I have been pleasantly surprised by how much this treadmill has improved my indoor runs. The 2 in 1 foldable design means I can stroll under the desk at 1 to 6 km/h during calls, then flip up the handrail and jog properly up to 12 km/h when I have time for a session. The three incline levels rise to 7 per cent and the changes feel smooth and controlled. The 2.5 hp motor is genuinely quiet, comfortably under 45 dB, so early starts do not wake the children. It is rated to 120 kg and it feels steady and secure, no wobble or rattling.
The deck has eight shock absorbers and a five layer belt, which takes the sting out of impact. My knees appreciate it on longer efforts. Controls are straightforward, the remote and handrail buttons respond instantly, and the display for speed, time, distance and calories is clear at a glance.
App support is better than I expected. FitShow, Zwift and Kinomap keep the sessions varied and engaging, and pairing was simple. The fold is neat, it stores away tidily, and the overall build feels rock solid. Smooth performance, useful features and a sensible footprint. For the price, the quality is excellent and the value is hard to beat.
